June grew up in New Jersey and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Yale – later continuing her studies under a Fulbright Grant to Belgium. After 10 years as a concert harpist in New York, she decided to change professions.

After receiving her MBA from Columbia she began a wonderful 32-year career with Merck, Sharp and Dohme pharmaceuticals – with roles spanning Clinical Trial Design, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Account Management. She worked in all regions of the world and resided in the US, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK but, as one border-control official noted, she actually lived on airplanes.

June and her husband have had their apartment in Malta for 21 years and after retiring in 2021 happily became Maltese residents.

She joined the AIWM in 2025 and dove right into Design and Decor for the ICF - supported by a wonderful and talented team. She is looking forward to taking on the role of Recording Secretary and learning even more about this fantastic organization and our important charity work.
